Interviews between the foreign employer (or their emissary/representative) and prospective applicants — conducted personally within our office, or via overseas call or voice/webcam chat.
Manpower Management
Management of foreign principals’ manpower requirements according to their qualifications — through pre-qualification, screening, testing, orientation and selection, processing and documentation, and final deployment to the job site.

Screening & Testing
Applicants undergo pre-qualification, screening, and testing against the employer’s specified requirements.
Interviews
Qualified candidates are interviewed by the employer or their representative, in person or via voice/webcam call.
Documentation
We process contracts, visas, and required documents, verified and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate nearest the employer.
Orientation & Deployment
Selected workers complete pre-departure orientation and briefing, then are deployed to the job site.
